It is built on 4 levels with the pool, stone gazebo, pool deck and a guest bedroom located on the lower level. The kitchen, dining room, living areas, decks and patios and two guest bedrooms are on the main level. The master bedroom and covered balcony is on the 3rd level and the crows nest is on the 4th level. This handsome design incorporates tiled roofs, beamed cathedral ceilings, private covered verandah supported by 12' Doric columns, gorgeous stone walls, tiled floors, and mahogany French doors that open to antique brick patios. Las Brisas is a south facing, sunny home with every room cooled by A/C, ceiling fans and gentle breezes. The gazebo and many decks provide plenty of cool shady places to enjoy the views. |
